We have been offering web hosting services on HostRush since the end of 2012. We also offer affordable dedicated servers through our brand ServerDime.

Are you a reseller or do you lease or rent your servers from a third party?

We are not resellers and own, manage and maintain all of our hardware which includes infrastructure beyond servers as well. We also own most of the IP addresses which are assigned to our servers.

Where are you / your servers geographically located?

Our datacenter where we house all of our servers is in Dallas, TX USA. Our office is in Western N.Y. We have staff onsite 24/7 in Dallas.

Can you attach any ISO to my server if needed?

YES! We can attach any ISO that you share with us to your server. Please open a support ticket with the share location and we will have it done.

Do you permit mining on your servers?

At the current time we do not allow mining on our dedicated servers.

Do you offer any money back guarantee on dedicated servers?

Due to the nature of this industry, we cannot offer any money back guarantee on dedicated servers.
